Mechanical & Electrical Superintendents are responsible for leading field operations, ensuring that complex systems are installed safely, efficiently, and to specification. This leadership role requires both technical expertise and proven supervisory experience, serving as the vital connection between field crews, project managers, and clients. Superintendents at Freedom Industries set the standard for excellence across all job sites.
Supervise mechanical and electrical crews on site, ensuring all tasks are completed to quality and safety standards.
Plan and manage daily operations, including manpower allocation, equipment needs, and scheduling.
Review project drawings and specifications to provide clear guidance for field execution.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with regulations.
Resolve technical, logistical, and personnel challenges quickly and effectively.
Maintain open communication with clients, engineers, and project managers.
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and professional growth among crew members.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
7+ years of experience in mechanical and electrical construction.
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong technical knowledge of building systems and installation practices.
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical documents.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.
